Consultations
I have worked individually with students for many years. Some have come as a result of a crisis in their lives. They may have suffered a severe loss or tragedy and feel that their normal coping skills are no longer effective. As a result they feel lost, depressed, anxious and fearful. More often then not they have tried more conventional means to address their issues but were unsuccessful. I also have students that are wanting to cultivate their awareness, awaken their true natures and deepen their spiritual practice. All are wanting to derive value and meaning from their lives, to experience happiness and peace.
I teach practical skills that support living a conscious life as well as impart spiritual teaching that empowers individuals to live with authenticity, wisdom and awareness. These skills enable a person to develop equanimity, discernment, and the ability to navigate life’s challenges skillfully. I give specific and personalized spiritual practices including meditation and self observation/ inquiry techniques. The purpose of the work is to foster awareness, deepen self knowledge and ultimately to support Self-realization.

Private consultations are available by scheduling through email on the link provided under contacts, or by phoning the number listed. Private sessions are an hour and a half and the rate is $125.00 Phone sessions are available and payment is made through a Paypal account.
I am also available to teach workshops and give satsang.
