After our session I walked away feeling cleansed. I felt such a release, a love, an awareness. I have been in so much pain and anxiety and fear for so long. That fear comes up now and I know that I have work to do, and I look forward to that work. But for the first time in a long time, I have felt more at peace. During the past month since our visit, I have not had to take any medication for sleeplessness or anxiety. I have begun to breathe my way through everything.
